Check In

Before You Sail

Along with your eDocs, you'll need to bring your passport and/or required travel documentation. Every guest needs to have proper identification to board the ship.

Review what identification documents are accepted here

Complete online check-in beginning 21 days prior to sailing, but no later than March 28th, 2024 using the Reservation Number in the email titled "Your Reservation Number Is Here!". Before you begin your online check-in process, here is a helpful overview

Is it 2 weeks prior to sailing and you still haven't received your reservation number? Contact us and we can help.

During check-in, you'll be prompted to select a time to arrive at the terminal. This is NOT your boarding time. Boarding will begin after 11:30am.

After You've Checked In

All purchases on the ship are made with your Norwegian keycard. As you complete online check-in, you will be asked to provide a method of payment for all your onboard purchases. All purchases you make on the ship will be tied to this method of payment. We recommend doing this during your online check-in!

If you prefer to wait, you may put down a method of payment or open a cash account once on board.

Read up on all the details here.

Once checked in, you may book a shore excursion for our Port Day in Great Stirrup Cay, make dinner reservations for a specialty restaurant, or reserve the Thermal Spa to relax and rejuvenate between all of the amazing music!

Use our event schedule to help plan a time that works best for you!

Once everyone in your cabin has completed online check-in with Norwegian, you can print out your eDocs. (You will not be able to print until all guests in the cabin are checked in.) If your party is traveling and arriving to the terminal together, you only need to print and bring one copy of your eDocs.

This option is available on Norwegian's website up to 72 hours prior to sailing.

Policies

Sixthman enforces a strict policy against the use or possession of contraband, paraphernalia, illegal controlled substances, narcotics, including marijuana, THC products including gummies and candies, and any type of weapons or firearms. This policy applies at all times and in all locations, including the port, the ship, the private island, and throughout the duration of your sailing. Please be aware that even items considered legal under state jurisdiction may not be allowed.

It’s important to keep in mind that you will be traveling internationally and are subject to Federal laws. During your journey, you will encounter multiple contraband-detecting K9 units and other law enforcement resources. These K9s may be present in the port, on the gangways of the ship during embarkation and disembarkation, and on the private island. Similar to airports, cruise ports are considered locations where your expectation of privacy is limited, and you may be subject to random searches for any reason.

Any individual found in possession of un-prescribed narcotics or prescribed medical marijuana not recognized by local or federal authorities is at risk of arrest and will be removed from the passenger manifest, permanently prohibiting them from sailing with Sixthman. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.

If you have federally legal prescription medications with you, they must be stored in their original prescription containers, with the name on the prescription matching the name of the person in possession of the container. Additionally, you should carry ONLY the amount of medication required for the duration of your stay with us.

Upon return, you will be required to pass through immigration and law enforcement including Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will be there to greet you along with narcotic detection K9’s. They can and will search you and your belongings. The importation or return of certain substances can be a local, state, and federal crime.

Anyone who is caught violating the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY or who disturbs the peace and safety of the ship will be detained or arrested and discharged at the next stop without a refund.

Photos and short video clips are allowed. However, please respect your fellow guests and be unobtrusive when taking photos or video clips.

The following are not permitted at any performances or activities:

  • Detachable lenses longer than 3”
  • Filming an entire performance
  • Flash photography
  • GoPro or similar style action cameras
  • iPad or other tablets
  • Professional audio or video equipment
  • Selfie sticks, monopods or tripods

Sixthman reserves the right to ask guests to stop filming or taking photos at any time to preserve the guest experience and honor the wishes of our artists.

We were founded upon the spirit of creating safe environments for people to come together on vacation with the goal that ALL feel Invited, Welcomed, Looked After, Appreciated, and most importantly, Respected. We will not tolerate any harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, body size, appearance, age or national origin. We stand against racism, hate and associated symbols and the display of such items, including but not limited to the confederate battle flag. If you feel like you’re being harassed or discriminated against, are the victim of nonconsensual touching, or otherwise feel unsafe, please report it to the nearest Sixthman or Norwegian Cruise Line staff member.

Our number one priority is to ensure the safety and security of our guests, artists and ship crew. For this to be achieved, it is imperative all guests have an understanding of the behavioral standards to uphold while on board.  The information contained within Norwegian Cruise Line’s Guest Conduct Policy serves to notify all guests of the expected conduct on this Sixthman festival at sea. Please become familiar with this information and then get ready for a vacation that aims to create memories that will last a lifetime!
